1. Survey of 125 families in Bidhan Colony, Madhugarh (Khalpar) of Ward No 12 & 13 of South Dum Dum Municipality near (within the range of 2-3 kilometers) our College, having a child between 6 to 14 years, about their health and education.

2. Observed Sadhbhavna Diwas as per request of the Youth Officer, P. K. Patnaik by organizing an Essay Competition in Bengali as well as English medium on “Communal Harmony and Young India”.

3. Organized a seminar in order to combat astrology by astronomy and to make the general students scientific minded by renowned personality Dr. Debiprosad Duari, Director, M. P. Birla Planetarium, Kolkata.

4. Distributed some necessary educational needs to children belong to the above mentioned 125 surveyed families and our volunteers tried to channel the drop-outs students to the main stream of education by educational camp and interaction to their parents.
