The Department of political science began its journey in 2008, offering the subject as a combination paper for the General degree course in undergraduate level. Subsequently it adopted the converted curriculum under the C.B.C.S norm w.e.f. 2017-18 session, followed by C.C.F. (NEP) norm w.e.f. 2023-24 session. After the establishment of the Department of political science, the faculty members have paid their sincere efforts to improve the knowledge of political science among the students. I wish the department of political science all the very best in their future and hope the department will scale its journey to glory.
